How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. It saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:

Step 1 : Log in with a member ID.

Step 2 : Search for products.
Step 3 : Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 4 : Fill in the order form.
Step 5 : Proceed with payment via PayPal.
Step 6 : Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

Our store (www.budblu.com) all prices in US Dollar and don't support other currency yet.

We only accept the payment by PayPal with credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover) and an eCheck.

 

About PayPal an eCheck :

1. Before you make a payment, make sure you have enough money in your bank account to cover the eCheck. If there’s not enough money in your bank account, the bank will decline the payment and PayPal will represent it a second time.

2. You cannot send an eCheck if the Instant Transfer option is available. eChecks cannot be partially funded by a PayPal balance, so the full amount will always be requested from your bank.

3. If you’d like to cancel an eCheck after it’s issued, please call your bank. If you’d like to cancel an eCheck that has already cleared, please contact the seller directly to request a refund.

    All orders will ship via TRACKED or SIGNED mail to worldwide with professionally packed that ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

    We will ship the package (parcel) to the address that you provide during your PayPal checkout process.

     

    We has partnership with South Korea Post, K-Packet, EMS and UPS. The Korea Post is our primary shipping carrier for the International shipment.

    The currently shipping methods are as following :


    Tracked or Registered Air-mail (For orders weight under 2kg / 70oz / 4.4lb)

    EMS (Express Mail Service), it will take within 5-10 DAYS.

    UPS (For some specific countries), it as customer request.

     

    International Delivery Time Estimate for (Tracked or Registered Air-mail) : It usually takes 12-25 BUSINESS days to arrive but, occasionally may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 3-7 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it's best to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

     

    International Delivery Time Estimate for (EMS and UPS) : International shipments usually takes 5-10 BUSINESS days to arrive.

     

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchange Policy : (Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly merchandise)

1. If your order has problem and would like to return a product to us, please email us first at cs@budblu.com

2. please return the product within 15 days of receipt and (BB)budblu.com will pay for the cost of the return postage on (Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly merchandise) and we will provide you with returns information.

3. We will re-send another for you without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund if we are Sold-Out or Out of Stock.


Non-Returnable ITEMS. (we cannot accept returns on the following items) :

*Steelbook, Blu-ray and any products that have been opened unless it is defective

*Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.


Non-Refundable POSTAGE

If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, On these returns, original postage (shipping) and handling charges are NOT refundable, These costs covered by you, again you will be responsible for all costs of return shipment and we strongly recommend returned merchandise using a delivery service which provides tracking or registered mail.

Refunds

Refund and Replacement Policy :

We will process refund or replacement once your return has been received by us or back into our warehouse whichever you prefer and if Replacements are not available then a refund will be given instead.


Other

[NOTE]

1. We will be ship the package to your "PayPal address" and we are unable to deliver to an alternative address at the moment.

2. We will inform the customer tracking number when the day of the item is shipped.
